At Klappenberger & Son, we do things differently. Our training program is an extensive four-week course with one-on-one instruction for five to six hours a day. This intensive approach ensures that you are well-prepared to manage your business and provide top-notch service to your customers.

Hands-On Support in Your Territory

Training doesn’t end in the classroom. After the initial four weeks, David Klappenberger personally travels to your territory to help you get started. During this time, we:

  • Recruit painters
  • Find customers
  • Provide estimates
  • Sometimes even begin jobs

This hands-on support ensures you hit the ground running with confidence.

Long-Term Partnership

At Klappenberger & Son, we see franchising as a partnership. After your initial launch, we provide twice-monthly meetings to help you navigate challenges and grow your business. This support continues throughout the duration of your franchise ownership.

In the early stages, these meetings are focused on teaching and coaching. As your business matures, they evolve into mentorship sessions where you can rely on experienced guidance to navigate tough times and maximize good ones.
