Effective September 15, 2025, Klappenberger & Son, LLC and its affiliates no longer offer, make, or honor any form of franchise fee guarantee, including but not limited to the previously advertised “$500,000 Gross Sales Guarantee.”

Any statements, advertisements, or promotional materials—whether appearing on this website, archived web pages, social media platforms, or third-party sites—that reference such guarantee are obsolete, void, and of no force or effect. The former program required compliance with certain marketing activities over a twenty-month period, and provided for a refund of the franchise fee in the event that $500,000 in gross sales was not achieved. This program has been discontinued in its entirety.

Prospective franchisees should not rely upon, and shall have no rights or claims under, any representations concerning guarantees of gross sales, revenues, or refunds of franchise fees, whether past or present. The only terms, conditions, and obligations applicable to current franchise offerings are those expressly set forth in the most recent Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and executed franchise agreements.
